Hi everyone, welcome to my website I hope you enjoy reading all my different blogs and looking at new photos that I hope to update after big events.
I am now finished for the athletics season, but it went really great this summer. I ended on a real high after the under 23s International held in Watford (not very international, but the weather luckily held up.) I won the heptathlon competition by 400 points, and a 250 point personal best. It was a great weekend for me, managing to get 5 personal bests and 2 seasons bests, it finally came together in one big swoop, and when it mattered!
As my season has ended early this year, I am going to go to Morocco for a surf holiday, which will be great to have a few weeks break, before moving to my new training grounds at Lee Valley, where I will be focusing the rest of this year and 2010 training towards the Commonwealth Games in Delhi.
Well done on the season! Shocked nobody else has commented here yet, sure i'll be the first of many haha, have a great holiday.

ReplyDeleteMorrocco is ace, and the surf is usually nice and chilled- did you go to agadir? Climbing mount toubkhal in the Atlas is def worth a go!
